$110 for a 60 minute video chat or phone consultation to assess needs. You will leave with a full document outlining our discussion as well as any vital contacts or strategies. All first-time clients must have an initial consult.

Press and Publicity Assistant
Hate trying to draft up your bio, copy + paste social media channel links, and dig up headshots and logos for events? We get it. That’s why we’ll draft up a personal and business bio, elevator pitch, keep current SM links and hang onto your headshots so it’s all ready to go for event season.
When an organizer or the press reaches out, just forward to us and we’ll take it form there. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Ideal for Chefs, Farmers, and small food based business with labour intensive hands on owners. Book a consult call for more details and rates.
Social Media Advising and Strategy
We will audit and assess your social media channels and online presence and make recommendations for maximum impact.
Mandi is also available for very short term social media copywriting opportunities. Get in touch to see if she has availability for your project, event or festival.

Non-Disclosure Agreement
Your privacy is important to us. That’s why we provide all of our clients with a Non-Disclosure Agreement, ensuring that what we discuss, your future plans, industry secrets, and projects will remain strictly confidential. We will never release any of your personal plans or information unless expressly instructed to do so in writing.
Waiver
You will be asked to sign a standard waiver upon becoming a client with Mandi Lunan Food Business Coach, releasing us of any liability as a direct or indirect result of our work together.
Client Accountability Policy
It is up to you as the client to complete assigned tasks, keep our appointments, and contribute towards our goals as an active team player. We will require a commitment of time and participation from you to help meet your business goals.
Kindly allow 24 hours written notice for any appointment cancelations.
Payment Policies
Invoices are due upon receipt for all new clients. After 90 days of punctual payment, clients will be offered terms of net30.
For larger projects, a deposit of 50% is required upon agreement of contract, with the remainder to be paid at the completion of the project, or 60 days after the start date.
For speaker / facilitator services, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Please get in touch to see Mandi’s rider, policies and rates.
Payments are accepted via e transfer. To make an alternate payment arrangement, please get in touch.
Failure to respect the terms of payment to Ms. Lunan will result in termination of contract and seizure/cesure/removal of work completed during that pay period.
We do not offer refunds.
Please—don’t make us chase you for payments. We’re also a small business. Be honest and upfront if you’re struggling to pay.
Play Nice Policy
Assurance of respectful and dignified treatment by client as well all staff and team members (if applicable) with the understanding that failure to comply could result in the contract being terminated with 0 days notice and the non refundable deposit kept.
Professional and polite online conduct from client, and if applicable, employees and representatives on the business's social media channels. This includes but is not limited to staff feedback on posts being rectified in an inbox or other private setting if applicable, but never in a public forum. Failure to comply could result in the contract being terminated with 0 days notice and the non refundable deposit kept.
Please respect our professional boundaries and time.
Office Hours are Monday - Thursday, but this is subject to change due to the fluidity of small business and living in BC. We request that all client communications occur over email. Inboxes on our social media channels are not regularly monitored.
